Wooden Camera Director’s Monitor Cage (V-Mount)

The Wooden Camera Director’s Monitor Cage is a versatile and sturdy cage designed to securely and conveniently mount director’s monitors on set. This first version of Wooden Camera’s monitor cage makes it easy to carry and protect your monitor while filming and shooting in the field.

The cage is compatible with a wide range of monitors up to 9 inches in size. It features adjustable clamps and mounting points that allow for a firm and secure fit of monitors of various makes and models. The side handles ensure comfortable holding and carrying of the monitor, while the top handle provides additional gripping and handling options.

One of the key features of this cage is the integrated V-Mount battery plate, which allows the connection of V-Mount batteries to power the monitor and other accessories. This increases flexibility and mobility when filming, as you can power equipment directly from a single battery without the need for external power supplies.

There are several 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads on the cage frame that allow you to attach additional accessories such as wireless receivers, microphones or lights. The cage also supports the mounting of a sun visor for better visibility of the monitor in bright light.
