The RED KOMODO-X Kit is a professional film kit that takes compact cinematography to a whole new level. At the heart of this package is the new RED KOMODO-X camera, designed for the most demanding film and TV productions, commercial spots, documentaries and the discerning independent filmmaker.
The KOMODO-X offers a 6K Super 35 sensor with excellent dynamic range, fine detail and true-to-life color that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding cinematographers. Its fast recording to CFexpress cards and flexible workflow make it an ideal choice for high-end productions and mobile crews that need a small but powerful system.
In addition to the camera body itself, the Production Pack includes essential accessories that allow you to start filming immediately with full control and convenience. Included are (depending on the specific configuration), for example, ergonomic handles for a stable grip, mounting accessories for easy attachment to a gimbal, tripod or rig, high-capacity and fast storage media (CFexpress cards), or adapters and cables for smooth integration with your existing equipment.
The RED KOMODO-X features quiet operation, light weight and compact design, making it easy to use in the field, on the road and in smaller studios.
